in connection with the use of the easyAudio conference calling service

easyAudio is a conference calling service whereby a conference PIN can be obtained online from the www.easy-audio.co.uk website.

No personal data need be given to use this service.

Obtaining and storing personal data

Personal data is only requested if users set up a dedicated conference room online, use the participant invitation assistant, register for our newsletter or fill out our contact form.

The data given is encrypted for transmission from the www.easy-audio.de website to the secure meetyoo server.

The security of the meetyoo server is audited and certified annually by TÜV Nord to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard – the same security standard with which banks and insurance companies comply.

Data protection

At meetyoo an in-house data protection officer looks after the security of your data. This includes keeping access to customer data secure, and ensuring telecommunications confidentiality.

Analysis of website visits

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). This web analysis service enables the use of the website by different visitors to be analysed.

Google Analytics uses text files known as “cookies”, which are saved on your computer. The information generated by the cookie is sent to a Google server in the USA and saved there.

The information collected is analysed to draw up a report of the website activity for the website operator. Google will never associate your IP address with other data held by Google.

Google may also pass on the information collected to third parties, provided this is not prohibited by law, or if these third parties are processing the data on behalf of Google.

You can of course prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser software accordingly.
